The staff were helpful. The front office staff were friendly. Check-in was accomplished quickly.
The hotel reception never picked up calls from the room after 6pm. I never succeeded when calling housekeeping at this hotel. I could only request amenities in the morning when housekeepers were cleaning rooms.

The room was super clean. The bed and pillow were comfortable. I will bring my family next time. The hotel location is in the middle of the town area. It is easy to get transportation.
Sound insulation is not good, and I could hear noises.

spacious roomshopping mallbreakfast choice
the standard queen room single sofa bed was surprisingly spacious. there was also a shopping mall really close, this i appreciated. the breakfast had many choices including hot dishes and congee, i enjoyed it.
The pillow quality wasn't great. They seemed to deflate quickly.
